Asegúrese de incluir detalles precisos sobre la cuenta y la aplicación que desea dar de baja.</li>\n <li>Una vez enviado el formulario, su solicitud será automáticamente dirigida al consultor asignado, quien verificará la información proporcionada. Este proceso garantiza la precisión de la solicitud y la validación del cliente.</li>\n <li>Posteriormente, el consultor llevará a cabo el envío formal de la solicitud al área de desarrollo correspondiente. Aquí, se realizarán las acciones necesarias para inactivar la aplicación y dar de baja la cuenta del cliente y del usuario asociado.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Entendemos la importancia de la privacidad y la seguridad de sus datos. A continuación, se proporciona información detallada sobre los tipos de datos que se eliminan y los períodos de conservación aplicados:</p>\n<p>Al eliminar su cuenta, cliente y usuario, los datos de operación asociados a su ubicación serán eliminados. Estos datos incluyen:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Datos de Ubicación en Tiempo Real de Unidades GPS: La aplicación puede mostrar la ubicación precisa del dispositivo en tiempo real, incluyendo coordenadas geográficas, velocidad, dirección del movimiento y otros detalles relacionados con su ubicación actual.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Historial de Ubicaciones: La aplicación almacena un historial de las ubicaciones del móvil, conservándolo contractualmente hasta 6 meses como parte del respaldo de información entregado al cliente al cerrar el usuario.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Datos de Geofencing: La aplicación utiliza geofencing para funciones específicas. Los datos asociados con geofencing se guardan y eliminan 6 meses después de la eliminación del usuario, proporcionándose por solicitud del cliente.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Es importante destacar que, al eliminar la aplicación o revocar los permisos de ubicación, la recopilación de datos de ubicación en tiempo real cesa inmediatamente. Sin embargo, los datos históricos ya almacenados se eliminan después de 6 meses, conforme a la disponibilidad del respaldo del cliente.
